Add them to sauteed veggies and tadka to make south Indian style upma or make some chineese style fried rice. You can also add them to your burritos/ wraps, use them to make delicious burger patties or add them to your salads to make it more filling. There are just so many things that you can make with them.

I'm assuming high pressure?
Yes you would cook in high pressure.
If you want to double this is it that simple or does the water amount reduce at all? So 1C quinoa and 2 C water in the smaller pot?
To doubtle it, 1 cup quinoa and 2 cups water. You can even get away with 1 & 3/4 cup water for the quinoa. I like the texture with 2 cups water. No need to increase the qty of water in the outer pot.
Did u put a lid on the inner vessel with quinoa?
No, I did not cover the inner vessel. You can if you want to!
