Vegan paratha pizza
Indian style thin crust pizza made using aloo paratha

Ingredients
For the pizza:
  • Store bought or home made pesto / or any chutney of your choice
  • Parathas Aloo/ gobi or mixed veg paratha
  • sauteed veggies of your choice for toppings
  • vegan cheese Use regular cheese if not vegan
  • Italian seasoning as needed
  • Red pepper flakes optional
  • Olive oil as needed
Instructions
Method:
  1. Preheat your oven to 475 F
  2. Once you roll out your paratha, take some pesto/ chutney and apply on one side of the paratha as you would to a pizza base.
  3. Add toppings of your choice ( Use sauteed veggies as you will not be cooking the pizza for a long time and raw veggies might not have enough time to get cooked)
  4. Add grated cheese and place the pizza in a pizza pan and bake your pizza for 7 to 8 minutes.
  5. After 7 to 8 minutes, take the pizza out and season it with some Italian herbs and red pepper flakes. Use a pizza cutter or knife to cut it into slices and serve hot
