Indian style thin crust pizza made using aloo paratha

Ingredients
For the pizza:
Store bought or home made pesto / or any chutney of your choice
ParathasAloo/ gobi or mixed veg paratha
sauteed veggies of your choice for toppings
vegan cheeseUse regular cheese if not vegan
Italian seasoning as needed
Red pepper flakesoptional
Olive oil as needed
Instructions
Method:
Preheat your oven to 475 F
Once you roll out your paratha, take some pesto/ chutney and apply on one side of the paratha as you would to a pizza base.
Add toppings of your choice ( Use sauteed veggies as you will not be cooking the pizza for a long time and raw veggies might not have enough time to get cooked)
Add grated cheese and place the pizza in a pizza pan and bake your pizza for 7 to 8 minutes.
After 7 to 8 minutes, take the pizza out and season it with some Italian herbs and red pepper flakes. Use a pizza cutter or knife to cut it into slices and serve hot
